MoJ People Strategy

To be successful in our work to protect the public, reduce reoffending and provide swift access to justice, we need a talented workforce that reflects the society we serve. This means working together to make the MoJ a great place for everyone, not just now, but as we look to the future too.

That’s where our MoJ People Strategy comes in. It applies to everyone in the MoJ and sets out our ambition for what it will mean for people to work here along with what we are doing now to achieve it
