Job Purpose

This role covers variation of workstreams which include Complaints, Review Committee, CPD and Post Accreditation checking.

You will support the Member Standards & Conduct Manager with complaint investigation and responses, the organisation of Review Committee and in the delivery of CPD Programme and Post Accreditation Programmes providing the relevant administration support.

You will assist to close learning loops obtained from member standards outcomes, Review Committee and Complaints that feed into the delivery of CPD programmes for members to support Post Accreditation development.


You will support Member Standards & Conduct Manager in the delivery of CPD Programme and Post Accreditation Programmes.


Supporting all work and events that fall under Post Accreditation.


Scope & Responsibilities

Each EO will be assigned areas of responsibility but should know and understand (through meetings and team engagement) the other areas to build resilience.

You are primarily responsible for Member Standards at the Board, assisting Member Standards & Conduct Manager to provide members with the capability, support, and personal resources available to carry out their role.


This covers the workstreams of Complaints, Review Committee, CPD and Post Accreditation Programmes.


You will be responsible for the logging and drafting of Complaint responses.


Support the preparation, delivery and follow-up work of Review Committee.


Supporting colleagues working flexibly and building resilience across workstreams.


Primary deliverables in the first 6 months of the role

Assist in providing analysis gained from complaint data, review committee outcomes and post accreditation feedback to allow Member Standards & Conduct Manager to gain an understanding of themes identified across the Parole Board and to implement solutions that will be delivered in future CPD learning.


Assist in promoting the learning gathered from committees and workstreams and share with membership to promote good practice.


Assist in the administration to support the delivery of a post accreditation member standards process.


Responsibility for dealing with issues identified to the team from members under the Conduct and Competency Flag Process to identify gaps in standards.


Assist in the administration and logistics to successfully deliver a CPD programme working to specific deadlines.

Demonstrable experience of keeping records and/or working with data and data analysis

Ability to adjust priorities to manage a conflicting and ever-changing workload.

Effective oral and written communication skills. Experience in communicating with internal and external colleagues at all levels.
